Combination and renovation of a 1,750 Sq. Ft., three bed, three bath contemporary condo. The project involved expanding the foot print into the hallway of the building to improve the access to the apartment. The combination resulted in two wings: one for the children and one for the adults, which includes the main living space. Bolster installed a custom kitchen as well as custom millwork throughout the home.

Bolster's homeowner had a Complete Project Spend of $281 PSF. Bolster scheduled 24 weeks for design and 18 weeks for build. The result was achieved with a Price Variance of 0% and a Schedule Variance of 0%.
