Our client wanted a simple yet big update for their home. The homeowner was on a limited budget and wanted to start her update before her child headed off to college. We kept the same layout, updated and repaired the flooring. The homeowner also never had a dishwasher, so we squeezed in an 18". The original vent also allowed cold air to pour in during the winter months which was replaced with an updated vent hood.
