Awarded NARI's prestigeous 2016 National CotY (Contractor of the Year) award for a Historic Renovation Under $250,000, Classic Homeworks brought this gorgeous Denver Square back to it's original charm while adding all the modern amenities the homeowners desired.

Working within the existing footprint of the home, the kitchen, upstairs bathroom, master bedroom and master suite were all renovated. Every detail was thought out during the design process and the end-result is simply stunning.

This project also won the 2016 Regional CotY Award and is a 1st place winner for a Historic Remodel in the 2015 C.A.R.E. Awards.
