This shingled residence in Highland, Utah participated in the 2019 Utah Valley Parade of Homes and won several People's Choice awards including "Best Exterior". The site's obvious beauty prompted many of the design decisions- it was decided early on by the client that the main living spaces in the home should be open and share the majestic mountain views to the North. The house also, however, does not turn its back on lovely views to the South and East as well. Large expanses of glazing are predominant on most of the facade areas to capture the landscape and bathe the house in natural light. Interior Design and construction are by Cambridge Home Company.
