Highlands Ranch Remodel

My client purchased this house from her parents and needed to make it her own. We removed a wall to create an open floor plan which was a game changer. The main floor laundry room was relocated upstairs. What a transformation to take a dated suburban house and turn it into a hip, inviting space, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. She still can't believe it!

The unused formal living room is now a spacious dining room that feels light and inviting. A new staircase and fun lighting are game changers. The gold bar across from the window seat is so convenient for entertaining in style.

Stairway before
New wooden stair treads and a clean industrial railing are huge updates in this space. We removed the hip walls to further open up this space. Removing that wall was huge!

So much space to hang out in. The sunny window seat is a great place for a cup of coffee or looking for a new recipe for dinner. The touch of blue is woven throughout the house.
