After staging their home that sold, these clients hired me to help with a huge remodeling project at The Waldman, a historic condo building on Cheesman Park. After removing walls, adding a show-stopping staircase to access the basement condo from their main level living space, and updating a tired kitchen and bathrooms, the transformation married vintage charm with a nautical urban loft feel. A much-needed pantry was added in the kitchen, incorporating a family window into the pocket door. So fabulous!
