Hillcrest Residence

This Beverly Hills design-build project involved a complete remodel of the entire house from outside to inside and from front yard to alley. By clearing out the existing small crowded rooms and adding additional area to the house, the design opened up the home to the outdoors and pool area.

Complete remodel of the existing entry included new windows, doors, smooth stucco finishes, and roofing. All surfaces were updated, including the landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and finishes.

The outdoor areas were treated to a fresh look where new planters, lawn, and patio were added. All surfaces were updated and refinished.

The kitchen is centered around the large 10 ft long island, which features lots of storage and specialty compartments. The custom hood is designed from stainless steel and powder coated in durable gloss white paint. The 8 ft kitchen sink window provides an abundance of natural light.

The home-office opens to the family room and provides a creative nook within the house. It features a guest bathroom, huge amounts of built-in storage, specialty lighting and completely wired with the latest technology and setup for future flexibility.

The existing garage was converted to a creative arts studio for crafts, pottery, and painting. It features a farm-house style kitchen, office space, art space, and two car parking spaces, as well as a guest bathroom and shower which is convenient for guests using the spa and pool.
