Outdoor living is practically a constitutional right when living in Southern California. The remodel involved a completely new set of outdoor spaces that took advantage of the large property on a steep hillside. All new landscaping, new pool and spa, outdoor dining room and kitchen, as well as a new pool cabana and locker room provide excellent outdoor spaces for this young family and their guests. Special attention was paid to the types of plantings and controlling erosion, ground infiltration, and water conservation.
