This property was due for a refinish. The kitchen area finish had worn through and there was some water damage in the kitchen and by the back door. There was also some discoloration from large area rugs in the living/dining area. We repaired the areas in the kitchen and by the backdoor. The whole project was resanded and stained nutmeg. We then finished the job with 3 coats of Swedish finish in a matte sheen.
