This Westfield renovation dramatically transformed a large backyard barn of an 1850's Victorian home. Previously used as a garage, it is now a multi-use memorable gathering and entertaining space. The main space is an open concept, spacious living room with a beamed, vaulted ceiling and full bar. Other features include various gaming areas (even a full golf simulator!), pool house, kitchenette and gym. The existing historic structure was kept and repurposed as much as possible and showcased from the interior of the renovated barn. Original wood used in framing was repurposed into built-ins around the barn. The outside space, planked cedar offset with black-framed windows, will patina over time to match the historic elements of the space.
