In the conversion of this former historic stone mill structure in Pennsylvania to residential use, we utilized salvaged, wide-plank wood floors and imbedded new stucco walls with straw as a textural background. The overall contemporary design and modernist furnishings responds to a collection of 20th century English painting and sculpture.
