Historic renovation

Kitchen with island seating

One corner of the kitchen was designated as a breakfast nook, featuring built-in seating with drawer storage and a custom-built drop-leaf table.

This alder sideboard features a distressed, stained and glazed finish. Flush inset drawers and doors with period-correct ball-tip hinges keep with the traditional early 1900's setting.

Custom sideboard

The existing cabinets were renovated with new glass paneled doors and refinished in white. A custom tile fireplace surround was created by the builder and topped with a custom distressed and stained alder top.

This small second bath received a white painted vanity with a decorative toe kick. Period-correct ball-tip hinges were used. Narrow openings flanking the sink feature pull-out storage.
