In the years since 1920 a small outbuilding on our clients' property served many uses, from its rumored origins as a chicken coop to a later incarnation as living quarters, complete with it's own address. "The Coop" was actually used by our clients during an earlier restoration of their historic main house. Our clients' desire was to have a cozy guest cottage created out of the existing building, one that could be used for visiting friends or as a caretaker's cottage in their golden years.

At only 410 total square feet, good things come in small packages.
