Hoffman Street - Modern Kitchen
This project took some serious out-of-the-box thinking.
Our job: take a tri-level townhome stuck in the 80s and update it to capture sweeping urban views and streamline the kitchen for a family that loves to cook.
These days it’s all about the kitchen and the best views in this house were on the top floor. Problem was, the kitchen was on the lower floor. So we flipped the two floors! We opened up the walls and added custom glass railings to allow natural light and the stunning cityscape to shine for every meal, dinner party and cup of coffee.
The new custom kitchen included a huge pantry and plenty of hidden spaces with easy access for everyday appliances. We mixed custom whitewashed wood with high gloss white paint for a Swedish modern flavor. New wide plank wood flooring replaced tired beige carpet to complete the renovation.
The result? A sleek, light and bright modern oasis with killer views inside and out.
