Staging is one of the best tools to use for selling your home. The focus is on drawing the eye to the highlights of the space while making the house feel like a home. When I stage I look at each room through the camera lens and look for ways to improve balance, colour, space and texture as if the room is a piece of art.
If the home is empty then furniture can be rented to create the desired look but if the owner is still living in the home while it is for sale then I can work with the existing furniture creating the desired look by simply moving a few things around, removing and/or adding a few things too!
Even if you wish to stage the home yourself, the consultation process prior to listing is very helpful to get an outside eye on how your home would look to a potential buyer. I can provide you with a list of suggestions to make your job that much easier and straight forward.
