This 2300 sq ft residence features beautiful timber and stone Cascadian styling, recycled Douglas fir interior trim, energy efficient lighting, FSC certified lumber, a 100% recycled “eco-slate” roof, a geothermal heating/cooling system and a Heat Recovery Ventilator. The old farmstead residence was deconstructed, the best materials were then re-milled on-site and integrated into the new home's interior.
