A soft contemporary, 5120 sq/ft, single family residence in the Highland Park School district. The project incorporates a vernacular exterior building style, with a touch of modern simplicity. Exterior materials include, natural stone cladding with pre-cast stone accents. The house was design around the U.S. Green Building Council LEED certification criteria. ECI worked with local real estate investor to develop this site.
