A soft contemporary, 4700 sq.ft, single family residence in the Highland Park School district. The project incorporates a vernacular exterior building style, with a touch of modernism. Exterior materials include, stone cladding, true stucco and copper panels. The house was design around the U.S. Green Building Council LEED certification criteria. ECI worked with local real estate investor to develop this site.
