Our customer had an existing pond, installed by someone else, that was not working properly. The liner leaked, there wasn't any support under the liner causing the walls to cave and "smoosh" the skimmer which in turned caused it to crack. The pond itself was very shallow and from their front door they could only see the back of the waterfall. We tore it all out and renovated it, starting from scratch, to include proper support, a bottom drain, new skimmer and waterfall which faced the house and shelves for the turtle to sun on. There was a bit of a delay when Fedex lost the equipment shipment and the wrong parts were sent but it looks great now and the homeowners are thrilled!
