Conceptual Masterplanning Study exploring a nature-integrated residential community in Upstate New York, combining housing, shared amenities, and wellness-oriented environments within a cohesive spatial framework. The project investigates how clustered development, landscape continuity, and biophilic design strategies can support community living while preserving ecological systems. Developed using generative AI, computational design, and BIM-informed workflows, the study evaluates multiple planning and architectural scenarios to align design intent with feasibility, constructability, and long-term asset value.
