Conceptual Design Study exploring a mid-rise urban infill residential prototype in New York City, focused on vertical living, façade articulation, and integration of planted terraces. The project investigates how modular massing, daylight access, and biophilic elements can enhance density while maintaining spatial quality. Developed using generative AI, computational design, and BIM-informed workflows, the study evaluates multiple configurations to align architectural expression with zoning constraints, constructability, and long-term asset value.
