Island Renovation

This home underwent a total transformation much to the joy of the homeowners. They now enjoy a beautiful open and spacious working kitchen with 2 sinks, lots of windows and storage, and a place to sit and have a coffee.
They have a new dining area in which they can comfortably entertain and a beautiful new bathroom with a barrier free shower and heated floors.
New wood flooring replaces the previous variety of flooring creating a better flow through the home.

This was the existing electrical panel in the living room which was not a very attractive feature.

The electrical panel is now hidden behind the centre section of this new built in. Previously just the middle section jutted out into the living room and was not a good look in this space!

Unfortunately the only before picture I have of the kitchen was after the bathroom reno had begun and the contractors had moved in their tools etc! You can just make out the dining area at the end under the hanging light fixture.

The existing bathroom was cramped and crowded due to its layout. Toilet is tucked in at the end of the bathtub.
