The existing builtins and fireplace divided the room oddly.To the right of the fireplace is the dining room so the fireplace location made it difficult to have a nice seating area with the fireplace as a focal point.

Minor changes to the kitchen, extended the peninsula after end wall removed. New countertops, waterfall counter on peninsula, counter material runs up for bck splash. Cabinets either side of the built in range hood have new glass doors.

Upper hall after renovation. As the upper hall was so large, we took about 4' and added it to the new master bedroom. We also took half of bedroom #2 and added it to the master bedroom. The remainder was originally going to be a dressing room but the homeowner decided to have it as a small office...

The new master bedroom now allows the bed to be on the opposite wall and so the view is now looking out over the lake.

The master ensuite. To make the shower is more comfortable to use, we enlarged it by only about 10" but it makes a surprisingly big difference! Shower marble tile continues on end wall, floor to ceiling.
