Summerhill Full House Reno

Full renovation - new floors throughout, new windows, french doors, fireplace, built-in. Ceiling above living area was open to second floor and we closed this in to create an extra room on the second floor and to make the living room more intimate and also to allow for the crown moulding that the client wanted.

New windows, floor, built-ins and ceiling. Original fireplace was not centered so this was moved slightly to allow for better furniture placement.
Midtown Living Room
This area used to be open 2 stories but lacked warmth and client wanted to have a nice crown moulding so we closed in the ceiling creating another room on the second floor to be used as a home office. Sometimes open space and very high ceilings are not the best! This is now a warm, inviting area.

The client wanted to keep her existing dining table and chairs but thought there was too much wood in the room, so we had slip covers made for the dining chairs with the top part easily removable.
