A complete interior renovation of a traditional 4000sf ranch style home. Acting as CM only, the masterful design was allowed to speak for itself. The architect and owner purposed to expand the interior space by removing all interior walls in the existing entry, living, dining, family room and kitchen as well as vaulting all the ceilings to unify the spaces. An exposed reclaimed timber frame structural system, a large limestone and stainless steel fireplace and wideplank white oak wood flooring was incorporated into the design to express the large open volume of space. High tech lighting and control systems enhance the unique structural elements and the owner's art collection. Every aspect of the design, construction techniques and finishes represents the owner's modern taste and lifestyle.
