Disorganization and an outdated look gave these adjoining spaces the need for an update!
The laundry room housed the washer and dryer as well as overflow appliances from the kitchen. The need for additional storage, floating shelves, a custom cubby solution and fresh tile was so important to opening up the space and giving the customer what they needed in the room.
The guest bath was classic 1990’s and needed to be brightened up and refreshed. Carrying the flooring throughout the entry, laundry and guest bath opened up the spaces and modernized the home adding form and function.
