Basement laundry was never going to work for our customer if they wanted to stay in their house through retirement. They also HATED their blue shower/tub combination. We needed to open their existing bathroom up into one of their closets, this allowed for enough space to bring laundry into the second floor and gave entry to the bathroom from the master bedroom. The couple also upgraded their tile, shower and vanity to a modern and traditional style which will be beautiful for years to come; & on a budget!
