Kerr Drive

This house was a total fixer upper. It was nearly condemned when we found it. We focused on making the split level more functional, maximizing space by closing in a screened in porch and upping the curb appeal.

A small laundry closet in the basement is functional with closable doors.

This basement was finished to be open, airy and durable with luxury vinyl plank flooring. We created closets for all the non-pretty basement stuff to be hidden away.
