KEY WEST IOWA GARAGE

Build new garage behind customer's home on the lower level and attach it to existing garage entrance. Our biggest challenge on this project was the weather: Snow, Wind, Snow, Sub-zero temperatures and wind chills approaching -30F slowed things down some. In the end, we got it done on time and to everone's satisfaction in less than 2 weeks.

This first batch of photos is pretty much our first day on the new build. The project calls for the addition of a garage to an existing garage beneath this home. The slab was poured 2 weeks ago. After clearing the job site of about 6 inches f new snow we began our day.

Project status end of Day 3, Roof sheathed and shingled. After 3 very busy days we had to take a break (severe temperatures and windchills forced a delay). We expect to finish everything before the weekend. Weather permitting. 12-14-2016
