In order to create an upstairs bath to be shared by the homeowners' children, we constructed a large dormer. We mixed traditional elements, such as beadboard wainscoting, with more modern oversized hex tile in a wood-look pattern and chrome fixtures to achieve the resulting clean and modern design. A shallow closet runs the length of the room and provides additional storage space.
