Kitchen & Living Room Makeover

This kitchen and living room remodel included removing a wall between the dining area and living room, as well as reconfiguring the basement stairs. The clients chose a palette of beautiful, warm neutrals for cabinetry, paint, trim and flooring. Custom raised panel cabinets were installed throughout the kitchen and included a navy island and wet bar area. The walk-in pantry and laundry room was constructed during the remodel, and the homeowners finished it with cabinetry and counters after.

The living room footprint remained largely the same as pre-remodel; however, it was opened up to the dining area. The hardwood floors were refinished, and the entire room was freshly painted. The fireplace was updated with new marble tile and fresh paint.
