The clients wanted to 1. modernize kitchen, 2. add seating to their deck for their family gatherings and 3. revitalize the powder room. We gutted the entire kitchen and replaced it with fully customized kitchen just for them. We used Dura Supreme Cabinetry in their newest door style, Chelsea in Silver Mist, on the perimeter and the Carson Door in a curated color of Jasper for the island. Additionally, all new appliances were installed including a subzero refrigerator column and separate freezer column and induction cooktop, with a niche on the wall behind. A beverage center was added and a custom designed backsplash of Glazzio glass tiles was added throughout. We upgraded the lighting with under cabinet lighting and pendant lighting over the island and sink. The kitchen window and sliding glass door to deck were also replaced. On the deck we built custom benches which contain flower pots on the ends and in the corner. Finally, in the powder room we replaced the floor, vanity and mirror.
