Overlooking a quiet lake cove, the angular form of Lake With A View is a contrast to the natural, woodsy environment. However, the pool's geometric form is a perfect match to the strong lines in the contemporary home. We liken this perimeter edge pool to a sergeant's salute due to its strong presence, almost as if the pool is standing at attention to the lake.

From the construction side, our workable area was fairly small but our design maximized the buildable area. The infinity edge falls off toward the lake side while the pool entry marries up to a deck constructed out of Cumaru Brazilian Hardwood. Simple glass tiles cover the bond beam and a matching porcelain finishes the infinity wall. The consistent material selections maintain a simple palette and enhances our design.
