The condominium property had an uneven, slippery brick patio at their rear slider. We removed the old brick and disposed of it. Next we created a level base prior to laying the new irregular flagstone patio. The area was re-landscaped with multi-season shrubs. To complete the new patio we added a cedar lattice panel to screen their heat pump and air conditioner from view.
