New Construction
We pick up where the builder left off. Your builder usually does the absolute minimum to get the occupancy permit. We take it from there (maybe you can even hold the landscape money, add a little more) and get a really great landscape for your new home!

Re-landscaping (Landscape Renovation)
Re-landscaping involves taking a hard look at your existing plantings. We’ll make a plan to decide which plantings can simply be pruned and which ones would work better in another location; we round it all out by recommending some new additions. During this process, we may decide to move or redo a walkway, add a water feature, fence or wall. In the end, you’ll have a fresh, new look without starting from scratch.
