For this project we built a ledge rock retaining wall 8' high and 240' long (we used 13 trailer dump loads of ledge rock) for privacy. Spruce trees were planted along the top of the berm created in front of the rock wall. A 20' x 40' Gunite Pool with automatic cover and Stamped Concrete deck were installed inside the private enclosed yard. All gutters and yard drains are connected by pipes to a 1500 gallon underground storage tank to collect water for yard irrigation. Th irrigation system runs on either the stored water or town water. Wrought Iron fence was used the the visible yard and chain link through the woods. Sod was laid on all lawn areas. Solar Panels have been added to the house roof to heat the pool.
