Our goal for the rejuvenation of this older deck and patio is to create a more usable outdoor living area.

First, we removed and disposed of the huge stairway, existing crumbling pavers and wood timbers.

A small deck, grill platform, and shorter stairs were added to the left end of the deck.

Caledonia granite steps make the transition from the stairs to the new patio and from the patio to the lawn.

We increased the patio to approximately 1200sqft, making room for a multi-person Jacuzzi and a large natural Fire Pit.

Landscaping and low voltage lighting will complete this wonderful Outdoor Living area.
