New Feathured Project on Houzz. Here is a kitchen remodel we did for a family in Larchmont NY. All designs, drawings, paperwork, permits, plumbing, electrical and carpentry was completed by us and thanks to our "Total Control" system, the homeowners had one point of contact and a constant flow of communication throughout the project. It was completed in August of 2021 and took 3.5 months from start to finish. The goal for this transitional style kitchen remodel was to open up the space, make the room seem larger, double the storage, and invite in more natural light. To accomplish this goal, we removed load bearing walls and re-supported the ceiling and installed a large “L” shaped island. The new kitchen features 2.25” solid oakwood floors in dark stain, Wolf/Subzero appliances, quartz countertops, Anderson casement windows, Kohler fixtures and farmhouse sink, and Adelphi custom solid wood cabinets.
