Just off the lower level entrance to this home is a mudroom with large closets and a built-in bench area with hooks and cubbies.
The multi-purpose laundry room has custom cabinetry and concrete countertops which also includes an area for the family dog. The dog area cabinets provide storage for dog food and planting supplies. Dog friendly materials include; a custom dog bed on wheels to allow for cleaning around, and the dutch door allows the entire area to be "closed off" yet open, so the entire room can act as a large dog kennel. The custom concrete floor provides a water proof area that is pet & laundry friendly and is low maintenance.
