A simple yet transformative upgrade to a ground level, dark and gloomy laundry room into a bright and functional 166 SF space. Improvements included 8' of 3 base cabinets with counter top, 3 tall cabinets for linens and pantry over flow, W/D surround with counter top, and new track lighting to spot light directly where needed. New paint on ceiling walls and floor topped off the job. Classic cast iron sink was retained, re-plumbed with new mixing valves and scrubbed clean with Ajax and elbow grease. Two cast iron wall hung radiators were removed and one new Runtal wall hung radiator installed for a nice clean look.
