Laurel Lane

The goal of this full scale renovation was to update, modernize, and create a function-forward home for this busy family to retreat to on the waterways of the Chesapeake Bay. The home beckoned for a large-scale kitchen renovation connecting it to the main living space, adding a much needed mudroom and an overhaul of all bathrooms. Capitalizing on clean and inspired living, all selections were tastefully chosen to enhance the epic views down the creek..

Original built in bookshelves got a makeover with bright teal and white paint colors. Shiplap was added to the basement wall as a coastal accent.

To capitalize on the view in this waterfront guest bedroom, we painted the walls a beautiful teal green/blue color to bring the outside in. Adding a crisp white textured quilt to calm the space stands as a nice background to the blue and white in the pillows and on the custom upholstered headboard.

We chose a navy and white wallpaper for the accent wall in this master bedroom. Pulling these colors throughout the bedding and side table lamps makes this space elevated with a nod toward coastal design.

This master bath was gutted and reconfigured to capitalize on the water views. A large frameless walk in shower was added with grey and white subway tiles.
