Laurelhurst Bathroom Remodel

With the Laurelhurst bathroom project, the client knew exactly what she wanted and needed help executing it. The bathroom is what we call a "pull and put" bathroom, meaning the foot print of the space essentially stays as-is. Using similar bathroom photos from Houzz, we were able to design a custom double vanity, custom paneled walls, recessed beveled mirrors, and concealed medicine cabinets with touch latches to the left and right of each sink. The cabinetry was custom made by Bevel and included top of the line Blum softclose hardware, plywood construction, and solid wood dovetailed drawer boxes. We installed new paneled wainscot paneling throughout the bathroom. Installed new, prefinished, stained hickory hardwood flooring. We added a tile band on the floor around the shower to help keep water away from the hardwood flooring and add a nice tile detail. The shower was a mixture of ceramic wall tile, 2" hexagon marble mosaic floor tile, marble slabs for the shower threshold and wall caps, and durable epoxy grout. All of the work was topped off with new light fixtures, new plumbing fixtures, and a stunning new paint job.
