After granite tops were added, homeowner wanted a backsplash to be a focal point with a modern touch. So a glossy 3" x 6" white glass tile was added in a stacked pattern with a linear mosaic insert of natural stone, glass and stainless steel mixture. For the stove we decided to create a custom feature by adding stainless tile in a brick configuration. It extenuates the stainless steel from the stove up to the microwave. There were no handles on the cabinets so stainless handles were added for a sleek look. The finished product combines the natural elements of warm wood cabinets with a modern esthetic. It looks beautiful and timeless.
