This is a model home for an over 55+ community in Little Egg Harbor Township, NJ. We mixed traditional, transitional and rustic elements to attract prospective buyers. The open concept was highlighted with a neutral, blue-gray paint that went throughout. Pops of navy & yellow were added to draw your eye around the space. The reaction to this model has been FANTASTIC, according to the marketing manager.
