2018 Shore Builder FAME Award for Best Interior Merchandising.
We designed this open-floor-plan townhome in a transitional style for Lennar builders in Rockaway, NJ. The main color used throughout was grey with pops of navy and spring green. We defined the main living spaces and added warmth by having grasscloth wallpaper installed inside custom frames. Our kids rooms are appropriately themed for the young "diva" and "skater dude".
