The client contacted us to completely gut and renovate a new loft she had bought on East 46th street, in Manhattan. She wanted a modern vibe throughout, wanted to maximize efficiency and storage, and bring the space the "wow" factor. We worked with her to create memorable, warm, livable spaces that played up the views to the city and the East river beyond.

Distances clearly do not deter him. In a matter of two months and with the help of his amiable and capable assistant, Juan Gutierrez, the intricate drawings and plans for my apartment were ready for my review. The big day of traveling to his office in Washington D.C. came, and I was anxious the whole way. What if this was not it?!!
Ever had the experience of a dream comes true?! That was my experience that day. Andreas challenged my senses in a way that was beyond my anticipation. I was thrilled and enlivened by his zen color choices on one hand and the combination with sensuous textures and dramatic lighting and art ideas. He managed to create the apartment in my dreams!
Working with Andreas is an adventure by itself. He is highly professional and very serious about his work. He works with a clear vision for your place, and just as he holds the reigns tight on his team, he will make sure you too do not slack. He kept me on my toes when it came to choosing materials, going to showrooms and making decisions. He nudged me when I balked at choices that seemed too daring, and in retrospect, I am so thankful that he did. He can seem stern if you try to cut corners, but I learned that it comes from his pride in his work. Throughout, he treated my apartment the way an artist treats his potential masterpiece.
