I designed this kitchen for a client with muscular dystrophy who loves to cook but was having difficulty due to accessibility. Her goal was to have a beautiful, colorful, and most importantly functional, kitchen that did not look institutional where she could cook independently without needing her husband's help. Priorities were the ability to scoot items across counters, access all cabinets easily, and have many resting and working areas.
