This is a remodel to an existing ranch home whose roof had started to collapse. New roof structure was framed to create the vast great room space and 10 foot porch. The original interior walls in this space were removed. The new dining room is located where the kitchen used to be and the kitchen was moved to the original dining area.
The entire house was remodeled.
This project also included a second story addition over a single story.
