The original single story Craftsman Bungalow had received a poorly planned second story 40 years ago creating a windowless kitchen in the middle of the home and stairs to the second floor in the wrong place.
The clients came to us to create a master plan for the whole house and to do our best to return the home to it's original Craftsman origins.
We added space to each end of the home, relocated the kitchen, created new bedrooms on the ground floor and added space to the second floor. We also provided interior design services for this project.
