Lovely!
We have just begun Phase 2 of this graceful pre-war apartment in Bronxville! In Phase 1, Spring of 2014, I proposed a color and design scheme, using for inspiration, the beautiful painting of the coast of Cape May. We designed and installed a new kitchen, with navy blue cabinetry and green glass tile, All the walls in the public rooms were skim coated and we added crown molding and new lighting throughout. We also purchased new dining room furniture and some accessories. The home does not get a lot of natural light, we used Farrow and Ball Paint, using high gloss for the trim and moldings to bounce the natural light. We choose a soft yellow to "manufacture" more sunlight in all rooms. I am excited to complete the redecoration of the living room this season. Phase 3, will be the home office and bedroom!
